Once you complete your booking, the details are sent electronically, we will make the appropriate arrangements according to the information input on the booking. You will receive a confirmation voucher in your email, print it and deliver it to the driver at the airport. The supplier cannot be held responsible for errors in service due to incorrect information provided at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to check the details of your booking on the voucher prior to travel and inform us as soon as possible if there are any errors.
Once you have collected your baggage, and exit into the Arrivals Hall, you will see our airport representative standing by the Central Coffee. He will have a signboard with your name on it. They will help you with your bags to the transport and take you to your destination.
You must calculate an approximate collection time for your departure. Calculate 2 hours prior to your flight to allow for any check in procedure. If you have a change of plans you should call the supplier within office hours at least 24-48 hours prior to departure to reconfirm your actual pick- up time. The supplier reserves the right to alter pick up times according to local needs. The supplier cannot be held responsible for missed pickups due to clients not travelling with their booking voucher which contains the relevant information to enable you to call to reconfirm your booking. Our driver will help you load your luggage onto the shuttle and will ensure not only your safety throughout the journey but also the safety of your equipment. Our shuttle will stop at the departure area of the air terminal to which you are assigned for your flight.
No. That means no hidden fees for things like baby and child seats. According to Portuguese law, all children younger than 12 must use them.
Yes. We charge on a per transfer basis and as babies and children take up a seat and seatbelt, they count the same as an adult.

The transfer price includes private transportation between your pick-up point and chosen destination, a professional driver, fuel, and one medium-sized suitcase per passenger. Additional luggage must be indicated at the time of booking.
The meeting point is at the central café inside the airport, just after exiting the arrivals area. Your driver will be waiting for you with a sign displaying your name.
No need to worry — your driver monitors your flight status and will wait up to 1 hour after landing. If a significant delay occurs, simply contact the emergency number provided on your voucher: +351 965 806 579.
If there is no prior contact and the passenger does not appear at the meeting point within 1 hour after landing, the reservation will be considered a “no-show”, with no right to a refund.
Your driver will collect you at the reception or designated exterior area of your accommodation. Please be ready 10 minutes before the scheduled time. A maximum wait of 10 minutes is allowed in case of delay.
Yes, although additional charges apply. Please inform us in advance of the number and type of extra items (e.g., surfboards, golf bags, bicycles) so we can assign a suitable vehicle.
